Starting out the wedding planning service can be pretty stressful. I’ve mentioned a few benefits of Zola before, check it out here.
But recently we’ve started to take things more seriously. We know that it will take us a long time to plan with our busy school schedules, West Point, and family all over the country. This Zola pop-up was the perfect thing to kick us into action. We started our experience with a one-on-one meeting with a Zola advisor who walked us through some of their best offerings and truly explained. I thought I knew more than I actually did. They have some really amazing options that we will totally use. One that may prove to be most helpful is the fact that they offer a ‘hold registry.’ This means that guests can buy us items on our registry through Zola but they won’t ship until we are ready. I know that this will prove to be extremely helpful when we aren’t quite sure of our post or final address. We then got the chance to explore the store a little more…

We started off looking at some of the other real-couple examples. We got to see where some people went for their honeymoon and so on. We followed this up by taking a look at some sample invitations and paper. To say the least, this is where we started to see why this process takes so long. We had very different picks when it came to just the invitations. We found a few in the middle but will definitely be evaluating. Zola also offers free wedding websites, they have a ton that match invitations for one seamless look!

The store also offers a really cool opportunity to create your own dream playlist! They have a few different stations for this but my favorite was this cozy room dripping in velvet. It was such a cool vibe.

They also have a super cool rotating closet that I’m sure we all wish we could put on our registry.

However, maybe the best thing they integrated was the digital registry. The pop-up is stocked with some of the best sellers from their website. They have little Zola stickers on each item, all you have to do is tap your phone to it and it automatically adds it to your online registry! This was honestly so fun. It was a great way to visualize little corners of our home in person and save it all for later. Markus may have loved it even more, he was going around the whole store adding everything, like this robot vacuum. The store did such an amazing job with this!

Not to ignore the fact that the store was so aesthetically pleasing. They had the most beautiful kitchen set-up. The store has a super cute and chic vibe. They did a great job appealing to everyone and anyones style. I loved being able to see all the items in person and picture them in our own kitchen one day. I had my eye on the array of KitchenAid mixers and the Smeg blender! Markus is a huge fan of the NutriBullet and I kind of love the silver finish!

Visiting the store was honestly such a fun experience. It really helped me feel as if we were getting at least a start to this whole wedding thing. The store was so insta-worthy too! So whether you are engaged and planning a wedding or maybe just into cool gadgets and pretty aesthetics, you should stop by the pop-up near 5th and 21st! It’s right near the flat-iron so you can’t miss it! I feel so ready to begin this wedding planning with the help of Zola!
